2002 BMW X5 Radio issue

I bought this used 2003 BMW X5. The
battery was dead but has been
replaced, but now radio doesn’t turn
on at all. I have an aftermarket radio
from XTRONS that is the android
touch screen. so far fuses are all good
not sure what else could be the
problem. all electrical things in the car
work perfectly fine as well.

You'll have to remove it and start probing the wiring to see if the radio has power going to it. Maybe the aftermarket unit is faulty? Check that as well.
