front windshield wipers won't work

either there is a fuse out of the rain sensor is not working but it should still work manualy. look for the fuse should be under the hood I believe and I'm sure based on the year it is not the motor that has gone out. one thing that you can try is switch the wipers on and see if you can gently pull up the wiper in the direction that it goes. if it works you have a dead spot or worn spot in the wiper motor and might need to be replaced. if you have the book in the car look in the back under fuses and it should have a layout and what one it should be. if not buy a lite tester hook it to ground and turn on the key and go through the fuses if one side has power and the other side doesn't then it is bad. Wipers for the front of my BMW X3 2007 si stop working . Rear windshield wipers are working . What’s wrong

2002 X5 wipers quit while driving, that night the LCM burn't up, I replaced the LCM, got moisture in it leaking windshield I believe and now has no wipers, door locks, rear hatch, tail gate will not open, do I have to program this to the vehicle so the GM3 recognizes it? all fuses are good, removed GM3 and looked at board in it nothing looks bad or discolored
