I was told by a ARCO STATION, according to his computer this car don't need transmission oil at all.  I'm surprise? Is this true?

carland is on the ball but trany oil changes requires a volkswagon technician who knows what he is doing. A specialist shop can do the change easy enough. Vw and audis needs to have the tranys in motion to refill from beneath the car as there is no fill port or dipstick.
