horn blows when turning the steering wheel

Fuses? their is probally a naked wire for the horn somewhere, cause most of the time when you hit the horn button it just grounds out the horn which allows it to blow, just look for lose or hanging wires

Your issue is likely lies in the clockspring assembly. The clockspring is a moveable electrical connection that allows the steering wheel to be turned and maintain continuity with the airbag and other steering wheel mounted controls. It is located underneath the steering wheel where it mounts to the steering column. I would recommend replacing the clockspring first before chasing random electrical demons. Does the horn sound when steering straight ahead?
