I have a 2000 vw golf 2.0. I went to check my oil
and it is milky up by the cap, I read up on it and
found that it is probably a blown head gasket, but
it's not losing coolant or blowing white smoke out
of the exhaust, and its not overheating. No check
engine lights either. Is there a way I can clean out
the whole system and drain the oil to see if that
fixes it? Or does anyone else have any advice?

This is common since the cold weather, hot (engine) cold (weather). The best thing to do is keep up with the oil changes, and make sure the PCV is working and the engine breathers are clean. The motor needs to breath.

Changing the oil more frequently helps. There are oil additives you can put into the oil that isn't a bad idea, just go to your local parts store and ask, But basically it is the hot and cold condensation that causes this, longer drives help, it is the short trips in the cold that causes this more.
