What is a gauge cluster and where is it located? I need to replace the bulb behind my temp and gas gauge and really don't want to take the whole dash apart if I don't have to.

The gauge cluster is the small group of gauges in front of the driver. Usually there's a few screws holding the trim on and a couple-four screws holding the cluster in place. -- Sometimes the cover over the steering wheel comes off or the wheel is tilted down for clearance. -- Your Prism might be different but you never have to take a dash apart to get he cluster. Look on eBay to see what your cluster looks like. --- http://www.ebay.com/itm/98-99-00-01-02-PRIZM-SPEEDOMETER- INSTRUMENT-CLUSTER-/160706697567? pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A1999%7CMa ke%3AChevrolet%7CModel%3APrizm&hash=item256add995f&vxp=m tr
