CHECK YOUR DISTRIBUTOR THE BACK HOLD DOWN WILL JUST BREAK OFF I HAD A 98 AND A 96 BOTH DID THIS AND THE CAP WILL NOT ONLY RISE UP BUT CAUSES THE ROTOR CAP TO WEAR INCORRECTLY SO CHECK THE ROTORCAP AS WELL IF THATS NOT THE PROBLEM CHECK YOUR TIMING OR IT COULD BE A COMPUTOR PROBLEM GOOD LUCK
