1999 Suburban won't start unless I UNPLUG all smog etc. plugs but won't run good (with power) unless I plug them back in after getting it started.
It was running great until a wire burned through and shut down the Suburban (while I was driving it). I repaired the wire and experienced this peculiar starting problem ever since.
Perhaps I missed another wire somewhere but I don't think so. I have been all over this (HOURS spent) and can't figure it out.
It's not practical to unplug everything and plug it back in whenever I want to drive the vehicle.
