WHEN STARTING AND DRIVING THE ENGINE RACES AND DOES NOT GO DOWN..I TRIED USING WD40 ON THE PEDAL CABLE...WHAT IS THE CAUSE

Doers the butterfly close all the way in the throttle body? Check it with the engine off.

idk about thes new cars but my 1988 camaro done the same thing and a spring broke off it may be that if it has one thats why i do not like the new cars
