How to fix my engine light to stop blinking

My engine is showing all four misfires on spark
plugs and has no power and it's also showing evac
and o2 sensor and going up hills it won't hardley go
uphill . I wish I would no what is the problem
before I buy all of these. Also I just put a new head
on it also.. please help if u can.. godbless

Also the engine light blinks while it's being drove up hill or going faster
