Where are all the fuse boxes on the jetta 2000 2.0

There are two fuse box areas; one is above the battery. The other is under a plastic flap on the left side of the dashboard. It has a spot to pry under with a screwdriver to remove the flap. There should be a cardboard card indicating fuse locations stuck into the inside of the flap piece.
