Car sat 3 weeks wont start.Turns over runs a second or
two dies.primed fuel filter.Same result.

Remove the outport line and see if you are getting a stream of gas from your gas pump. Have a capture vessel in hand and wear rubber gloves. Injectors may need a cleaning too. Now give me points.
