99 Chevy Suburban cd player

I've added an aftermarket stereo without a cd player. How do I wire in the
factory cd player to my aftermarket stereo?

You need to find out if the aftermarket unit is even capable of accepting external accessories like that. If it is then the manufacturer will make a module that will allow the connection of the player to the unit.
