I suspect you have a trailer wiring problem. If it works correctly with the trailer disconnected but blows a fuse when you plug it in that tells you the trailer is the problem. A heavier fuse may mean you burn up the wiring ! ! !
and also i just got this truck and the harness under the truck looks super rough like the trailer lights were working perfectly fine all day and all of a sudden i look down no dash lights no tail lights and no marker lights on trailer.... and a bigger fuse will melt wires???? i noticed one of the wire nuts fell off the rear swing door where the lights are mounted but i mean it worked fine all day its just been a headache....ill go take a few pictures of this mess to help ya
also the if there is a pinched wire in the trailor that wouldnt cause the trucks lighting issue. would it?
You need to clean up the wiring mess! Good luck.
What is all this extra wiring for?
You may need to get a pro involved. I would start by inspecting the trailer wiring. If the truck works properly without the trailer you can concentrate on the trailer and leave the truck until a later time.
