2003 Jetta theft mode?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ran great new brakes rotors timing chain camshaft
and sensor. Fuel pump went. Replaced and now 13
codes stuck in 3rd gear if it even starts which is
random. Test light says it primes on accessory but
turning over it stops telling the fuel pump to go. All
fuses are good and I've replaced the relays as well.
Lines are clear and a new fuel actuator. Did the
positive off the battery 4 seconds then on 4
seconds repeated a few times and still the same.
