1999 suburban

What would cause my truck to jerk to the right and
start pulling while I'm driving down the road but I
can stop it and turn it to the right and straighting
my steering wheel back up and it will drive normal
for a a mile then it jerks again I have no idea what I
t could be I have put new tires on it and it still does
it

I'd suggest you have the ball joints looked at~...often ignored..the control arm (opposite the steering arm) gets loose and neglected~ also some vehicles are equipped with a steering dampener...my AMC Gremlin should have had one of these to avoid "death wobble" that it always had going over train tracks~

If it is your ball joints your vehicle COULD just have the tire buckle under causing you to have an accident. Have this looked at ASAP to rule this out or have replaced. You do not want to drive it if they need replaced. Be sure to do both sides if one side is bad.
