2004 Jetta, turbo engine. 2 weeks ago had 90K miles service, timing belt and water pump replaced. today oil and water temp warning lights came on and towed car to dealer

Is it a turbo engine? what can i ask the dealer to determine if this is something they have done earlier  or if it is something coincidental? thank you! please help

Its a very good chance that there was an air pocket in the cooling system causing the car to run hot and turn those lights on. If so they will have to remove all air from the system using a process called bleeding. Any knowledgable shop can perform this task.
