does engine turn over? if so you need to check and see if your getting gas to throttle. best and easy way to check what could be the problem is to get some starting fluid and spray it down into throttle body. if it trys to start and run for awail then that means the fuel pump is not delievering fuel and you are getting spark. if it doesnt start or run for a bit after spraying starting fluid you may have a no spark issue. also you saying the gas gauge is not working, you more then likely may have hooked the wires up wrong. iv seen many people forget to hook ground wire up right. ground wire not connected will not let pump come on and not show fuel level.
Have a 99 Chevy Tahoe tuned it up still won’t start
How bout if its not getting spark .and i have already changed out fuel pump and filter .i changed out crank shaft position sencors and coil it has good fuel pressure just not getting spark
I have a 1999 Tahoe just put motor in and still cant get no fire to it ot wont crank
New motor cause couldn’t start it , probably just the little resanotor it just ahead of the coil u replace on the 1st motor.
