The anti-theft system is wired into and is part of the radio and the computer thinks that someone stole the radio and it will not start the car. If you don't want to spend allot of money put the old radio back it and go to the dealer and have the anti-theft system reset. It's maybe possible to bypass the system but the dealer may be the only one that can do it or you can try a real good place that installs radios.
