My epc light comes and goes , my brakes lights also come and go

hmmm have your brake switch checked you probly have a bad sensor in your peddle. to be sure take your car to a vw/audi certified mechanic*not the dealer* you can find a shop that only deals in vw's and audis. and have them scan your car. if they have the reight software from ross tech they can tell you exactly what the issue is. I have the harness and software on my alienware and managed to find out my problems in about 5 minutes of pluging it in. You can get the software for free you can find a usb harness on amazon.com for cheap if you feel you want to do this on your own and for future sake of problems you would have the means to diagnose your own car yourself. But any ways this sounds like a known issue i been seeing with some mdals where a sensor on the brake peddle gets overly coated in sludge and dirt and causes the lights and epic light not to work.
