My 2003 Bug is having a sunroof issue. Help! Please!

I had my sunroof open.  When I initiated the close, it got just so far and then reversed
itself and reopened.  Not only did it reopen, but it opened further than it usually does.

That usually means there's something in the way when it gets to the point of closing then reverses there could also be something bent or out of line
