my 2004 VW Beetle has 16" rims. Will 16" rims from a VW Passat fit mey Beetle?

The beetle has 5 lug pattern and Passat (Year unknown) has either 4 or 5. And two different patterns, 3.97 or 4.41 See this chart: http://www.discountedwheelwarehouse.com/Volkswagon___Vehicle_Bolt_Pattern_Reference.cfm

They will fit since both are 5x112 bolt pattern, however the offset of the wheel will be different. I think that the stock beetle has 52mm offset as opposed to the Passat usually has 41mm offset.
