Anti theft light blinking

Anti theft light blinking,car will start but shuts right
off

Sounds as if you anti-theft system will not allow your car to start this will need to reset at the dealership there is no bypass to get the car started...
Not helpful at all cant afford tow bill need to try to reset it myself ??????
If the key was a spare, and you lost the one you were driving with; then it appears the vehicle had the instrument cluster or computer rest or serviced for one reason or another. This would leave any keys not reprogrammed at time of service inoperative. A locksmith can reprogram. IT is not a DIY procedure, nor one the dealer can do, unless they order you MORE keys ( A good Locksmith has more options )
