if your car is in drive and on the ground the reason its not reving is probly cause your not supposed to do that ... any ways take it to a vw specailist shop and have it scanned and get the codes and bring them here

    i am wondering i have a miss in engine when car is damp in morning could it be the spark plugs they have 80000miles on them or could it be the wires when car warms up runs ok
