how to find the bolts and remove 1999 tracker starter

having a problem in particular finding the upper bolt on the starter to remove  
from vehicle....all help appreciated..stuck in the mud..until i can get it off and
replace it...

I went to rockauto and looked your starter, is this what you have, note the picture. Sometimes on backside bolts, I use rachet--extension--and proper socket. Maybe an extension as long as the starter motor, come in from the end of starter for backside bolts. You realize I can't see anything from here. Sometimes those backside bolts are a pain. goodluck
