Car won’t start what should I do?

My car did not have any oil in it I started it an
when I put it in reverse it shut off. I checked
the oil there was no oil so I filled it to the line
an now it’s trying to start but won’t turn over
what do I do

I got a full focus 2013 less than 100 miles it runs good but as I drive and get gas and hesitate in the car shakes a little

Check fuel pressure and spark. Also recommend getting a compression test

Guru9ZDH7W I'm betting you've checked everything from injectors to driveline and wheel bearings....have you checked the ebrake cable (could be that one tire is a little tight so it keeps the brake pad against the rotor/drum) Cleaned throttle body?
