where are the fuses in a 2004 TDI Passat Wagon?

fuses aren't where the manual says they are: At end of drivers side dashboard

If they are not there then I'm stumped. That is where it says they are in 3 different sites I looked at. But are you confusing "side" with end of dash, you have to open the drivers door all the way and on the END of the side, can only be seen with door open

A-ha! The video was very helpful. The guide shows what appears to be a door. You can't tell by looking at it that the panel can or should be removed. Thank you for the help
