misfire 1,2,3 cylinders

First you need to check to see if your spark plug wires are supplying spark to your spark plugs. You will need a spark plug wire tester if wires spark sometimes you need wires if no spark at all check your coil pack and all of that

And if all of that works you may have fouled spark plugs to though cylinders.

Beford thank for all suggestion , befor i change all spark plug,all the 6 coils, the mass air flow, the fuel pompe, the filter to,i test the 3 wires of coils but the value is différent of the 1 2 3 is low than 4 5 6 . And the engine light come on when the engine is up to 4000 rpm thank for all suggestions can i try .sorry may be my english is so bad

Did you replace the wires or just tested them ?

Just tested but same value for the 123 différent than 456 when i start the véhicule when i thouch the 123 exaust is cold and the 456 hot

Have not heard anything back from you but give this a try. Take one of the wires that you say is fireing good and put it on one of the cylinders you say is missing bad then see if that makes the cylinder was running bad run good and vice versa.

If that does not solve your problem you need to get a compression test done on those bad cylinders.
