Where is it pumping out antifreeze from? It is not impossible that you have a blown head gasket. Do a combustion leak test. The kit is about 40 bucks and there are good YouTube vide on the subject.

I'm sure you have checked all the hoses. Head gasket can surely be a problem. Check for oil in the coolant and coolant in the oil. A sure sign of a blown head gasket. If the gasket is blown only at a water jacket, there will not be any oil or coolant crossover. Good Luck.
