oh goodness, what an embarrassing problem...you ran it hot 'till smokin'? have you subsequently drained the radiator and filled it with a proper 50/50 antifreeze mix? is your oil level low? turns over, does it sound anemic?
"It ran out of power while driving. Is the engine need to be replaced or just a head gasket." - no way to tell from someone with a keyboard. First step is a compression check. Second step is to remove the heads and see how much damage has been done.
Before I put radiator stop leak and it worked for couple months.
