Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. It has gas in it, correct? If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes? I can only help with testing.
Do some research on the GM "passlock" security system. I have posted this before. It's a common issue with this generation of Blazer. Try a different key if you have one, one that is not as worn. There is a small interlock (looks like small button) that pops up inside the ignition switch when the key is inserted. If this doesn't make connection, it won't start. If the truck feels like it wants to start, but doesn't, this is probably the issue.
