heat dont work

the heat comes out very little, cant barely feel it but its on # 4 ,, no floor heat
and no defrost coming out,,

I had something similar happened to my Jeep Cherokee. You may need to do a heater core flush and then you may want to check your vacuum lines. I know on some vehicles switching from different vent sections is vacuum controlled.

No defrost and no floor heat, there sounds like there is a problem with the Defroster Mode Door Actuator that is vacuum operated. Also there may be a problem with the HVAC Air Inlet Door Actuator also.
