Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently replaced the fuel pump, but it's not
pumping. Doesn't come on at all, no hum or
anything. Truck will turn over but quickly
dies.

Have checked/replaced: Fuses, fuel pump relay, fuel filter. Fuses and relays are getting power. Pump hoses and fuel lines are not clogged. Fuel pump relay clicks when I turn the key

Im having a similar situation, truck will be completely dead but my battery still has a volt of 14. When i hit the fuel pump filter though it will reluctantly start. The parts about $15 here. Anyone have advice on replacing the filter?
