YOU CAN, ITS NOT UNCOMMON, BUT IT WONT MAKE AS GREAT A DIFFERANCE COOLING THE 70* INTAKE AIR WITH 70* OUTSIDE AIR, WHERE AS WHEN ITS PARTNERED WIT A TURBO, THE INTAKE AIR WHICH IS HEATED BY A TURBO, IS COOLED BACK DOWN TO 70* WITH THE OUTSIDE AIR,TO MAXIMISE HP
