Mazda 3 Black vs. Red Tail Lights

I have a 2006 Mazda 3i Touring Sedan with red tail lights.  I've seen the black/silver tail lights on other Mazda 3 and prefer them.  Are these just on 3s Sedans?  They look to be the same size, would they be a direct replacement?

They should be. You could call the dealer and talk to they guys in the part dept. It might be tricky to order them, because they usually look up the part by the last 8 digits of the VIN, which will tell them RED.
