Is your car parked on an incline? If yes, it is probably exerting to much force on the transmission pin that holds it in park. Try pushing (or pulling) the car from the outside to relieve the pressure and, while doing so, try shifting the car out of park. Sometimes, just releasing the parking break will do it.
