I have a 91 Mazda Miata with a intermittent electrical problem. My dash, running licenses plate and tail lights intermittently work. I have checked all fuses reseated relays. They will come on occasionally but I cant drive at night because they never seem to work any ideas?

Sounds to me like you have a point or more where the wiring has lost it's rubber coating, when you go over a road that has pot holes or bumps, it shorts out. Check all the wiring under the dash that is within reach and inspect it as best you can. check under the boot and look at all the wiring and connectors. Unclip the connectors and inspect them as well. It will take some time but I am sure you will find the problem and correct it.
