did you check the realys and the fusel links and it could be the sec

You can still have enough power to turn on the radio and lights, but not enough power to turn over the starter. Did you do a load test or just hooked it up to a meter? if it passed a load test, your next step is checking the starter.

I put a new starter in it and had to replace the battery had two dead cells

Hello I have a 2001 chevy cavalier and yesterday morning I tried to start my car and turned over the key and it did absolutely nothing.
