No check engine light new fuel filter new plugs new
alternator. It's losing power every once in awhile.
Mainly up hill. Refuses to run. No over heating or
any warning lights blinking at all. I sit a while then
it drives fine a bit then same problem.

Crud in the fuel tank is a possibility. Check the fuel filter and change it out but if there is a lot of rust or dirt in the tank it would have to be removed and cleaned out.

possible your injectors need to be flushed or replaced, but you may have MAF sensor issue as well. i recommend you buy some CRC electric parts cleaner to start. also if it doesn't start up on first crank the fuel pump could be going out
