Does anyone know of an air conditioning kit for my 94 Miata?

Please first let me know if you are wanting to install A/C in a car that did not have it from the factory, or you want to repair non- working factory A/C by replacing everything.

The car never had air-conditioning. I do have another question. The two caps on top of the bolt that secures the seat belts came off. I purchased new ones but I am unable to get them on. Everyone says just slide them on but this does not work. I took it to the dealer and the servicce manger tried without success. Is there some magic solution?
