Supercharger is definitly the way to go. It wont get you 300hp but it will feel like it has 300hp afterward. Its one of the best ways to make more power in the miata without any major changes to the cars reliability or economy. There are serveral different companies the make SC kits for the Miata and most can be installed over the weekend if your handy. Good luck and let us know what you decide.
