1998 chvy cav 2.2 four cylinder

I have spark fuel compression it's cranking
but won't start all cuss and relays are good
no missing wires tried to jump it for extra
juice but no luck help

If you have fuel, spark and compression, all you need is to make sure the timing is right and that it can exhaust, meaning catalytic converters not plugged up
