My 1990 rx7 top stopped working were do I need to start

A power top? could be a switch- use a test light to check for power going into and out of the switch- if power is going to the motor, then it's the motor- or do you mean the top is just lettin' rain onto your head?

In this order: Fuse, Relay, Switch, Top Motors.
