Overheating

Overheating still  after i changed heater  core valve
and thermostat  and bottom radiator hose    is  
frozen

If the hose is frozen your anti-freeze mixture is wrong for your area. A frozen hose will prevent the water from circulating and if the engine freezes you may crack the block. I would use a heater to thaw things out and then install the correct coolant for your temperature range.
