The check engine light is on, again. We, had the D selonoid changed once and now the AT light appears, at random. When this happens, the car has very little power and feels like its taking off in 3rd gear.  Is there another selonoid to change or is the transmission on its way out?? Please advise Thank you

put a woodblock and floorjack under the oil pan and see if the motor mounts are separating and not giving good linkage control~

The car shifts thru the gears fine, until the AT light appears. Then it dogs!! I was thinking, internal. Possible linkage control??

YEah bud, the geometry is altered when it comes off it's mounts under torque...sometimes bending the linkage beyond reconciliation (like my '59 Pontiac)~
