Can i get the engine computer for my 1992 Toyota REPAIRED

You could there are companies on line that will make the repair. I would compare the cost new to a repaired one.

Everything electrical seems to be working including the ignition light but will not start

Does this mr2 have a distributor? If so it is bad. Replace it. Your mr2 will run like a champ.

Its not the engine computer. First check fuel pressure at the rail. Next its the ignition module! 5S_FE engine. If you want to purchase a computer let me know.
