Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2006 Nissan Murano SL with 140k
miles. I noticed the horn won’t beep when I
push on the steering wheel, but when I hit the
lock button or alarm on my key fob it has no
problem beeping the horn. Why will it not
honk from the steering wheel? And what is
the cost of fixing this?

I figured out that all the steering wheel controls work when the wheel is turned to the right. It is the clock spring. How much is a replacement plus labor?
