Is there a specific scent to the 'water'? Is it sweet smelling? I am thinking it could be a leak in your heater core or some issue with your evaporator core (part of your AC system). Both are located behind/under your dashboard in the interior of the vehicle. Does it seem to happen usually during or after you use your air conditioning? If so, could be your evaporator core or the train tube that is often there to gather and drain the condensation the evaporator produces. If it clogs up, it would obviously end up filling with water -- but that is only assuming that you have a drain hose for the evap core. Good luck!
