2 Part Question

Asked by warrior2005 Feb 07, 2013 at 10:05 PM about the 2006 Hyundai Tiburon GT Limited FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an '06 Tiburon GT V6, and my cruise control just stopped working the other day. I got back from a long trip which I used it pretty heavily, and the next day It wouldn't work at all. The Cruise light would come on, but to set/engage a speed will not.

Part 2 is I've lost the back screw on cap that secures the headlight. Does anyone know the part number or where I can just buy that part. I've gone to 5 different stores and my dealership but they all want me to replace the entire headlight assembly.

also check fuses in the fuse box. Best thing is to find that cap at a junk yard or scrap yard as we call them in SA

Check your peddles ie... Brake a clutch as with my car the clutch peddle has to be lifted just a tad in order to work the cruise control
