There is a extra battery space under hood, is it can be use for other battery for the truck and how to use it? Thanks.

It might be for additional accessories (ie. winch, lights, audio/videa, etc). It could also be that that the engine compartment is a design that was taken from the GM deisel trucks. They often use two batteries to acheive proper starting/operating amperage.
